Road Star & Silverado Front Reflector Elimination Kit

This is a customization kit to remove / eliminate the somewhat ugly front reflectors and brake line wire stay strain relief system on your Yamaha Road Star while still providing strain relief just as good as the system originally designed by Yamaha. The kit includes two custom made, stainless steel, laser cut and precision bent brackets which will replace the regular (crappy) steel wire & brackets your bike comes with. The kit includes everything you will need to do this installation except the basic tools. The front reflectors can be removed without this kit, but then you leave NO STRAIN RELIEF in place and your brake lines could suffer damage and you will be applying outward pressure (also damaging) to your front fender as there will be nothing left to "take-up-the-space" the original bracket leaves behind. This bracket will fit perfectly into the space left from the original equipment.

Kit includes all stainless steel hardware for 100% Rust-Proof installation, and the work should only take approximately 10-15 minutes. This kit and bracket where meticulously designed to "clean-up" the over-all look of the Road Star, as it is a work of art, and reflectors just seem to take away from the style and form of this big road cruiser. Check out the before and after pictures below. Brackets are brushed stainless steel and can be painted black very easily, or any other color for that matter. Some states require reflectors, check your local laws prior to removing and not applying reflectors elsewhere on your Road Star. Keep the rubber side down!
